The largest project is owned by America’s Heartland Packing, who is investing $800 million for the construction of a processing facility in WRIGHT CITY, MO. Completion is slated for early 2025.

TEXAS:
Dairy products mfr. is planning to invest $100 million for a 90,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing, warehouse, and laboratory facility in TYLER, TX. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2026.

MISSISSIPPI:
Beverage company is expanding and planning to invest $42 million for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing facility in CLINTON, MS. They have recently received approval for the project.

NORTH CAROLINA:
Specialty food processing company is planning to invest $36 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a processing facility in SELMA, NC. They have recently received approval for the project.

ALABAMA:
Beverage company is planning to invest $35 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades on their manufacturing and processing facility in OPELIKA, AL. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2026.

MISSOURI:
Specialty snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 300,000 sf processing and warehouse facility in MEXICO, MO. Completion is slated for early Fall 2025.

ARIZONA:
Beverage company is planning for a 187,000‬ sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing and warehouse facility in TEMPE, AZ. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

MICHIGAN:
Specialty feed producer is planning to invest $16 million for the construction of a 13,000 sf processing facility in REESE, MI. They have recently received approval for the project.

WASHINGTON:
Fresh produce company is planning to invest $8 million for a 152,000 sf expansion of their growing and processing facility at 950 S. Elm Ave. in PASCO, WA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

FLORIDA:
Foodservice distributor is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 110,000 sf warehouse facility at 2963 Stonewall Pl. in SANFORD, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

TEXAS:
Specialty food product mfr. is planning to invest $8 million for the construction of a 60,000 sf processing and warehouse facility at 7414 Bayway Dr. in BAYTOWN, TX. Construction is expected to start in late 2024, with completion slated for Summer 2025.
