Everything that can go wrong is going wrong for the New York Giants.
They got crushed again on Sunday 31-16 in Miami by the Dolphins. They are now 1-4. Their best offensive lineman is hurt. They have multiple injuries to the O-line. Daniel Jones hurt his neck. The defense has stunk. There is nothing positive coming out of Big Blue right now. Their season continues to slip away and soon enough, changes may need to be made.
To react to the loss in Miami and where the Giants stand, for whoever on the team is still standing, we bring you a new episode of the “Blue Rush” podcast with two-time Super Bowl champion Lawrence Tynes, Paul Schwartz and Brandon London.
Blue Rush Podcast with Lawrence Tynes, Paul Schwartz & Brandon London:
- GIANTS LOSE 31-16: The Giants were overmatched. They are not good enough. This is a very bad product. It’s not enjoyable. They are in a bad place.
- O-LINE: Offensive line was terrible. Joshua Ezeudu was crying after the game. Paul thinks the Giants should bench him for his struggles. Tynes says keep putting him out there. He won’t get better sitting on the sidelines. What do the Giants do about the O-line?
- DANIEL JONES: He is shell-shocked. Said he was OK after the game, just that his neck is sore. Should the Giants shut Jones down for a while? Wouldn’t play behind this banged-up line.
- STATE OF TEAM: People are tuning out. They are in trouble. Only going to get worse when they play the Bills next week. Is it OK for players to voice their anger?
