Rangers vs. Diamondbacks Pick
Heaney posted a 4.15 ERA during the regular season, slightly below his 4.55 xERA. He maintained a 9.4% walk rate and a 23.6% strikeout rate. However, in the playoffs, his ERA ballooned to 6.00 across six innings.
Texas’ playoff lineup has performed impressively. While they may face both righties and lefties, the Rangers are expected to see significant contributions from pitchers like Ryan Thompson, Luis Frías, and Kyle Nelson. Arizona is likely to adopt a similar strategy to Game 4 of the NLCS.
