Bringing over thirty years of industry expertise, Mr. Macciocchi’s strategic vision will guide FFP’s continued expansion and innovation.
Under the stewardship of Ardian and MidOcean Partners, FFP has experienced unprecedented growth, diversified its portfolio of natural products and solutions, and successfully integrated four strategic acquisitions. A proven senior leader in the ingredients industry, Macciocchi was most recently the President, ADM Nutrition and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer ADM. In this role, Macciocchi led ADM’s multi-billion human nutrition, animal nutrition, and health and wellness businesses. Macciocchi also instilled a customer first and consumer centric approach to leading ADM’s Sales and Marketing organization and served as a member of the ADM Executive Council. Prior to ADM acquiring Wild Flavors, Macciocchi served as Wild Flavors’ North American Chief Operating Officer. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Givaudan.
