AT&T will offer its more than 125,000 employees 24/7 access to women’s health platform Maven Clinic’s virtual fertility and family-building support services, including guidance around egg freezing, adoption, IVF, surrogacy, preconception and more.
The New York-based digital reproductive health and family platform offers fertility and family planning services, pregnancy and postpartum care, and parenting and pediatric support. The company added a program for menopause-related care last year.
AT&T and Maven initially established a partnership in 2021, with AT&T offering its employees Maven’s maternity program.
The expanded partnership, which began in January, gives the service provider’s employees access to fertility and family-building support, which includes the ability to connect with providers in more than 35 specialties and a care advocate who can help one navigate their benefits.

THE LARGER TREND
Maven Clinic has partnered with other companies to expand access to women’s health services, including WellTheory, a virtual care platform for individuals with autoimmune diseases, and BSI, a business improvement and standards company.
In August, Maven announced a partnership with Amazon to offer full-time, part-time and hourly Amazon employees in 50 countries access to virtual family-building care, including support preconception, IUF, IVF, egg freezing, surrogacy and adoption.
The women’s health platform purchased London-based Naytal to accelerate its expansion in the U.K. and other European markets. Naytal provided online consultations for fertility concerns, pregnancy and postpartum support, and menopause care.
In 2022, Maven garnered $90 million in Series E funding, bringing the virtual clinic’s total raise to $300 million. The company gained unicorn status with a $110 million Series D funding round in 2021.
