Women’s college basketball projections a steep challenge

In about two months, basketball programs will gather in video rooms, gyms, restaurants and conference rooms to learn their fate on Selection Sunday.

Teams will start the prep work for their first game of the NCAA Tournament. Some will start to map out a way to the championship game.

March 15 will be here before we know it, though a lot can happen between then and now.

Some teams’ stocks will rise as they rack up Quad 1 and 2 wins. Others may fall as the grind of a long season wears them down.
