
The Super Bowl is here and that means we are almost to the actual offseason — the one of transactions and trades and roster-building.
Jets general manager Darren Mougey and head coach Aaron Glenn have a lot of work to do this offseason to improve a team that went 3-14 in 2025. The whirlwind of free agency and NFL draft season is about to begin. It feels like a good time to take a look at the Jets roster position by position.
I have rated each spot on a need scale of 1-5 with 5 being among the biggest needs on the team and 1 meaning they are set at the position.
