Newly released bodycam footage shows Miami quarterback Carson Beck and his girlfriend, fellow Hurricanes star Hanna Cavinder, in the aftermath of their high-priced cars being stolen.
In footage obtained Wednesday by TMZ, the athletes recounted the unsettling events to authorities after discovering three pricey vehicles had been removed from their South Florida residence overnight.
“Well, s–t, we woke up this morning and we were about to leave and then, we had three cars parked, garage door was wide open, both the gates wide open,” Beck, 22, told the cops while standing outside his home with Cavinder, 24.
Cavinder’s Range Rover was originally parked in the driveway but “got moved,” according to Beck, who pointed to the street in the body cam footage.
His Lamborghini and Mercedes were not accounted for.
Elsewhere in the video, Beck explained the keys to the vehicles were inside the home and “the only way they could have gotten through was through the garage door” as everything else was secured.
When asked if he had security cameras, the quarterback — now entering his first year at Miami after five seasons at Georgia — responded “no” as he “just moved in.”
Reports of the overnight theft first broke Thursday.
Later that day, Andy Slater of Fox Sports 640 South Florida reported the Mercedes belonging to Beck was discovered in South Miami by authorities.

Tykwon Deandre Anderson, 20, has since been booked on charges of burglary of an occupied dwelling masked, grand theft and grand theft of a vehicle.
Cavinder, who has been linked to Beck since last summer, announced her return to Miami’s women’s basketball team last spring after taking time away from the sport.
She and twin sister Haley were part of the team’s run to the Elite Eight in the 2023 NCAA Tournament.
Beyond the court, the duo has gained notoriety for their social media following that eclipses four million on TikTok.
Before transferring to Miami in January, Beck was under center at Georgia for two seasons.
He originally declared for the 2025 NFL Draft before reversing course.
