Dave Portnoy calls ‘bulls–t’ on allegations against Skip Bayless, Fox Sports employees

Dave Portnoy is weighing in on the bombshell lawsuit filed by an ex-Fox Sports employee accusing Skip Bayless, a longtime sports media personality and the former host of Fox Sports 1’s “Undisputed,” of offering her $1.5 million to have sex with her.

In a pair of posts on X, Portnoy said that his “bulls–t meter is on a hundred million trillion” regarding the suit filed by Noushin Faraji, who made the claims against Bayless among a number of other shocking allegations against the network and other employees.

“Just accusing people of s–t doesn’t make it facts,” Portnoy wrote. “Time will tell. I will say I think all the accused shouldn’t listen to their lawyers + should loudly be defending themselves if they are innocent.”

In a separate post, Portnoy added that he had no insider information about the situation and the Barstool Sports founder said that the lawsuit “stinks to high heavens.”

“Feels like a shakedown so I’d reserve [judgment] before burying people,” Portnoy wrote in part in the second social media post.

Faraji had been an employee at Fox Sports as a hairstylist starting in 2012, first as a part-time employee from 2012-16 and then as a full-timer from 2016-24.

Among the claims made in the lawsuit, it stated that Bayless gave “lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against her own, pressing against her breasts.”

“He then began to kiss her on her cheeks,” the lawsuit continued. “Ms. Faraji was uncomfortable by the physical contact and would make excuses to leave right after the haircuts.”

The suit later claimed that Bayless continued to make advances on Faraji, which she repeatedly denied, and the suit also alleged that Bayless told Faraji that he’d “change” her life if she would have sex with him.

When Faraji told Bayless about a fear over an issue she thought could be cancer in 2021, that’s when Bayless is alleged to have made the offer of sex for money.

“Instead, Mr. Bayless told her that he wanted to be with her,” the lawsuit alleged. “Ms. Faraji panicked and began rambling that there were cameras everywhere, that she has a child, and that she does not want him. Mr. Bayless then grabbed her hands, began kissing them, and offered her $1.5 million to have sex.”

The 14-count, 42-page lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles on Friday and also detailed allegations against FS1 host Joy Taylor and FS1 executive vice president of content Charlie Dixon.
