Things are getting heated in Game 7 of the World Series.

During the fourth inning of Saturday night’s winner-take-all game in Toronto, both benches cleared after Dodgers lefty Justin Wrobleski nailed Blue Jays shortstop Andres Gimenez in the shoulder with a pitch.

After the two exchanged words while Gimenez was walking to first, both teams sprinted on to the field on the first base line.

While the majority of players convened near the pitchers mound, a second confrontation broke out near second base in the direction of which Wrobleski was walking.

Despite the heated confrontation, no punches were thrown and zero players were ejected from the Game 7 showdown, with the umpires issuing warnings to both teams.

In the top half of the inning, Los Angeles scored their first run of the game with outfielder Teoscar Hernandez hitting an RBI sacrifice fly to cut the Blue Jays’ lead to two.

Toronto struck first in the third inning when second baseman Bo Bichette blasted a three-run homer to deep center field off of Shohei Ohtani.

Bichette’s home run was Ohtani’s last batter after throwing 2⅓ innings as the starter for the Dodgers.

Ohtani was pitching on just three days rest, with his last start being on Oct. 28 for Game 4 of the series.

During that start, Ohtani picked up the loss, giving up four earned runs through six innings of work and throwing 93 total pitches.
