There is apparently no limit to how much the Dodgers will spend on their roster.

Days after adding top lefty reliever Tanner Scott, the reigning World Series champions were closing in on a deal with All-Star right-hander Kirby Yates, The Post’s Jon Heyman confirmed.

All Yates did last year was record a 1.17 ERA with 85 strikeouts and 33 saves across 61 ⅔ innings for the Rangers.

The 37-year-old also posted a career-best 3.3 wins above replacement (WAR), per Baseball Reference.

The Dodgers had already added a plethora of pieces to their championship squad and established themselves as super-team villains — in part by convincing players to agree to deferred money in their contracts, a trend popularized last year by Shohei Ohtani, whose $700 million contract includes $680 million in deferrals.

Scott is among those who have agreed to such terms after landing a four-year, $72 million contract Sunday that reportedly includes $21 million in deferrals. The 30-year-old southpaw had a 1.75 ERA and 84 strikeouts in 72 innings last season split between the Marlins and Padres.

Los Angeles’ stacked bullpen also includes veteran righty Blake Treinen, whom they re-signed to a two-year, $22 million contract earlier this offseason.

The rest of the Dodgers’ ridiculous offseason spending spree includes:

  • LHP Blake Snell, who signed a five-year, $182 million contract.
  • RHP Roki Sasaki, the 23-year-old Japanese phenom who had to sign a minor-league contract with a $6.5 million bonus.
  • OF Teoscar Hernandez, whom they re-signed to a three-year, $66 million contract.
  • INF/OF Tommy Edman, whom they re-signed to a five-year, $74 million contract.
  • OF Michael Conforto, the ex-Met who got a one-year, $17 million contract.
  • INF Hyeseong Kim, a 25-year-old coming over from Korea who signed a three-year, $12.5 million contract.

Their ledger also includes Mookie Betts’ $365 million contract, Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s $325 million deal and Freddie Freeman’s $162 million pact.
