By the end of the night, the women’s NCAA National Championship matchup will be set.

With South Carolina and Texas facing off in the first game, No. 1 UCLA Bruins and No. 2 UConn Huskies will battle it out for one of two spots in the title game.

This marks UConn’s third Final Four appearances in four years; Geno Auriemma’s squad was in this position last year as well, and in 2022 the Huskies lost in the Championship game.

The Bruins are making their first Final Four appearance since joining the NCAA in 1984. Before this year, UCLA had only advanced to the Elite Eight twice.

What time is the UConn-UCLA game tonight?

UConn vs. UCLA tips off at approximately 9:30 p.m. ET tonight, April 4, on ESPN. The actual start time is dependent on the ending of Texas vs. South Carolina.

How to watch UConn-UCLA for free:

You’ll need a live TV streaming service to watch tonight’s game if you don’t subscribe to traditional cable.

Here are three streaming services that we recommend; all come with free trials and ESPN.

  • DIRECTV Stream: MySports Genre Pack ($69.99/month) or Entertainment base plan ($86.99/month), both include five-day free trials
  • Hulu + Live TV: base plan is three days free, then $82.99/month
  • fuboTV: Pro plan – seven days free, then $30 off your first month ($54.99, then $84.99/month)

You can also watch the NCAA Tournament on Sling TV with the Sling Orange plan. Though there’s no free trial, you’ll get 50% off your first month of the base plan, bringing the total down to $23.00 for the first month ($45.99/month after).
