Latest health IT integrations by Personify Care, Core Schedule and more briefs

Personify Care integrates e-referral management

Personify Care has recently entered into a partnership with Consultmed to digitise end-to-end patient pathways.

They will work on an interoperable solution by integrating Consultmed’s e-referral platform with Personify Care’s digital patient pathways. “This means that at every stage, from going to your GP, referral, triage, consent, pre-admission and discharge, the process is seamless, and we prevent unnecessary duplication and variation in care,” explained Consultmed CEO Vikram Palit.

The integrated solution will be launched at Wandi Nerida, a Queensland-based specialist residential eating disorder recovery centre, later this year, according to a media release.

This latest collaboration followed last month’s announcement of Personify Care’s technology integrations with Canada-based digital referral software provider Novari Health and healthcare communications platform Foxo.

Core Schedule simplifies scheduling with TimeSmart

Core Schedule, a provider of staff rostering solutions, and healthcare contract management technology provider TimeSmart.AI have partnered to integrate their solutions to simplify scheduling and resource allocation for healthcare organisations.

Based on a media release, their combined offering will enable real-time data sharing to provide a comprehensive view of a hospital’s operations and assist in optimising doctors’ schedules.

HNECC PHN backs 5 digital health pilots

The Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN) in New South Wales has issued A$1.485 million ($990,000) in grant funding to five digital health projects.

Those who will be sharing in the Game Changer grants include EngageVR, who will be using virtual reality to enable community access to allied health rehabilitation services; Visionflex, who is working with Wounds Australia to integrate wound assessments into telehealth; and Goldilocks Suite, who is working to integrate sensors into clothing for remote monitoring of dementia patients.

Three Circles Psychology, who is piloting a virtual mental health clinic platform for young people, and Rural Fit, who is building an autonomous satellite clinic equipped with video and sensors to deliver exercise-based allied health services, round up the list.

These projects will be implemented, tested, and evaluated over the next 12 months, said HNECC PHN CEO Richard Nankervis.

Clintel Systems launches ‘digital front door’

Health IT provider Clintel Systems has introduced a “digital front door” to its end-to-end PAS, EMR, & Billing & Claiming solution.

The new functionality on CareRight is a suite of products that helps manage interactions and care pathways at all stages of the patient journey.

The CareRight Digital Front Door comprises different customisable smart forms: online enquiries, e-registration, e-admission, online booking, telehealth access, online payments, shareable e-smart forms. These forms can also be integrated into existing workflows.
