Maxx Crosby wanted to make sure one thing was crystal clear after Sunday’s Raiders game: Las Vegas is where he wants to be.

The defensive end shot down any notion that he was unhappy in Sin City and reaffirmed that he was committed to playing for the Raiders, even mentioning his Raiders tattoo as proof.

Crosby seemed to specifically be calling out ESPN analyst and former NFL executive Michael Lombardi, who mentioned on a recent appearance on the “Pat McAfee Show” that he didn’t see Crosby on the sideline for a recent game.

“I got to hear these clowns talking online and talking on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’ saying something’s going on, and they’re speaking for me,” Crosby told reporters following their 34-18 loss to the Broncos on Sunday, when he collected two of their three sacks. “Saying I should be on the sideline when I have a high ankle sprain. These clowns are sitting on a couch talking about what I should be doing. The reality is I’m gaining yardage and trying to get right so I can get back on the field. Everybody knows my intentions, they try to speak for me.

“S–t, if you speak to me and you know what’s going on, then we can have a conversation. But don’t speak on my name when you don’t know what the hell is going on. These guys know I’d take a bullet for them.”

“I gotta hear from these clowns on the Pat McAfee show. I’ll take a bullet for them, everyone in this locker room. You think I wanna be anywhere else? I got this tatted on my body.”

A lot of focus has been on the Raiders this week as the wins haven’t come as often as they expected, and the team has rumors swirling around Davante Adams, who reportedly asked for a trade from the team.

But for Crosby, any of the noise about him, he seemed to say, wasn’t accurate.

“You got clowns that are online and talking on … they got their one day of the week where they get to go on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’ and talk. And talking about what we should do and he hasn’t even been a GM, you were a GM for one year. It’s embarrassing,” he continued.

“Don’t speak for me. I’m going to speak for my guys and that’s all I care about. I get bothered by that. … Don’t speak about me when you don’t know whats going on and you’re speaking for me. You know where I want to be. You think I want to be anywhere else? No. I got this s–t tatted on my body. I don’t want to go anywhere. At the end of the day, it’s just funny. You’ve got a lot of people that have a lot to say when they really don’t know what’s going on.”

The Raiders are currently 2-3 after the first five weeks of the season and sit in last place in the AFC West.
