LeBron James failing to score 10 points in a regular season game for the first time in nearly two decades cost one NBA bettor dearly.

The unlucky gambler, who goes by @BryceLottos on X, revealed Thursday night he lost $15,000 after James logged just eight points in the Lakers’ 123-120 victory over Toronto.

According to a betting slip Bryce shared on the social media platform, he put down the $15K in the hopes of getting back $15,576.92 if James reached double digits.

The Lakers superstar, however, didn’t meet the mark, opting to pass the final shot of the game to Rui Hachimura, who buried a corner 3-pointer to end the contest.

It was the first time since Jan. 5, 2007 that James didn’t reach 10 points in a regular season game. The streak lasted a whopping 1,297 tilts.

James — who just made his season debut for the Lakers late last month after a battle with sciatica — nearly lost the record Monday night when he scored 10 points on 3-of-10 shooting vs. the Suns.

But Thursday night, he said he had no regrets at all to see the historic run officially come to a close.

Betting on the NBA?

“None,” he told reporters. “We won.”

Bryce, meanwhile, lamented the wager in a series of posts following the game, although most seemed to be lighthearted.

In one, he wrote, “I can officially say that LeBron owes me 15,000 dollars.”

In another, he jokingly messaged James, “Lebron, it’s me, your son Bryce. I need $15,000.”

The Lakers play again Friday against the Celtics, but it’s unclear if Bryce will be able to further bet on James, as Los Angeles has eased the NBA’s all-time leading scorer back into the fold since his injury.
