New Food and Beverage Product Launches, November 27 – December 1

From Dole’s high quality dragon fruit to the return of Blue Diamond’s holiday almond flavors, here’s a look at some of the latest food and beverage products.

Fresh Cravings: New Hummus Flavors

Fresh Cravings is adding two new flavors to its hummus line — Tajín Chili Lime and Dill Pickle. 

The brand’s hummus is made with high-quality ingredients, including Chilean Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chickpeas, and tahini. Tajín Chili Lime Hummus features the flavors of Mexican-inspired spices and Tajín’s Clásico Seasoning blend of 100% natural chili peppers, lime, and sea salt, while Dill Pickle Hummus features the flavors of dill pickle and a hint of garlic.

The new flavors are now available in Walmart stores nationwide.

Dole: Dragon Fruit

In time for the upcoming Year of the Dragon, Dole Food Company announced its new Dragon Fruit offering.

Dole’s Dragon Fruit is grown under ideal conditions in Ecuador, cultivated to the brand’s rigorous quality standards, and imported in atmosphere-controlled containers to reduce dehydration. 

The premium fruit will be available to consumers across the western U.S. and Canada.

Gluten Free Easy: New Dough Line

Women-owned brand Gluten Free Easy is introducing a line of gluten-free dough products that are easy to thaw, fill, and bake, including:

• Puff Pastry Squares (12/pk, MSRP $14-17)
• Puff Pastry Sheets (1/pk, MSRP $14-17)
• Pita (4/pk, MSRP $12-16)
• Pizza (12/pk, MSRP $12-16)

The dough products were developed alongside blind taste testers who weren’t gluten-free and couldn’t differentiate between Gluten Free Easy dough and traditional dough. All products in the new line are certified gluten-free, dairy-free, soy free, and certified Kosher. With the exception of the pita dough, all are vegan.

Blue Diamond: Holiday Products

Blue Diamond is ushering in the holidays with new seasonal offerings and a new flour: 

• Snickerdoodle and Peppermint Cocoa Holiday Almonds are returning for a second year and are available in grocery stores nationwide for the suggested price of $4.19 each.
• Almond Breeze Almondmilk Nog is lactose-free, gluten-free, and soy-free; has just 70 calories for serving; and is available at grocery stores nationwide for the suggested price of $3.49.
• Almond Flour is a keto-friendly and gluten-free flour with a fluffy texture, available at grocery stores nationwide year-round for the suggested price of $8.99 per 1-pound bag and $13.44 per 3-pound bag.
