NFL power rankings for Week 4: Parity leaving unexpected outliers

The zeroes are quickly disappearing from the NFL standings.

Only five undefeated teams and three winless teams remain after the first three weeks of the regular season.

Both clubs have the expected members … and the unexpected members.

The Chiefs and Bills are unbeaten? Yawn.

The Vikings, Seahawks and Steelers are unbeaten? Well, that’s more interesting.

The Titans have no wins? Of course.

The Jaguars? That’s more surprising.

The Bengals? Come again?

As parity pushes teams toward the middle, here are The Post’s power rankings for Week 4, including trying to find the right spots for the undefeated and the winless:

1. Chiefs 3-0 (1)

Nick Bolton tackled Bijan Robinson for a fourth-down loss as the Chiefs capped their second red-zone defensive stand over the final four minutes and closed out a 22-17 victory against the Falcons. Patrick Mahomes threw two touchdown passes and Harrison Butker converted three field goals, including one to give the Chiefs their first lead with 9:40 left in the third quarter.

2. Bills 3-0 (3)

All the franchise stalwarts who left in the offseason and the Bills are somehow … better? Josh Allen directed five touchdown drives on five first-half possessions, throwing scores to four different players and needing to attempt only two second-half passes in a 47-10 beatdown of the Jaguars. Damar Hamlin recorded his first interception just 630 days after suffering on-field cardiac arrest.

3. Vikings 3-0 (12)

Sam Darnold matched his career high with four touchdown passes — going to four different receivers, including Justin Jefferson — and the Vikings backed up one win against a Super Bowl contender (49ers) with another by routing the Texans, 34-7. Jonathan Greenard sacked his former teammate C.J. Stroud three times. It was the Vikings’ largest margin of victory in five years.

4. Steelers 3-0 (10)

With Russell Wilson still sidelined, Justin Fields directed a pair of 12-play drives leading to second-half field goals and then connected with Calvin Austin on a 55-yard fourth-quarter touchdown pass in a 20-10 win against the Chargers. The defense allowed just 168 total yards and has held three straight opponents to 10 points or fewer like it’s the 1970s again.

5. Eagles 2-1 (7)

Shut out for the first three quarters, the Eagles turned to Saquon Barkley, who rushed for touchdowns of 65 and four yards to steal a 15-12 win from the Saints and gain redemption for his crucial dropped pass last week. Jalen Hurts’ two turnovers and head coach Nick Sirianni’s distaste for field goals left a lot of points off the scoreboard.

6. Lions 2-1 (6)

Jared Goff completed his first 14 passes — a streak that covered the entire first half when the Lions did all their scoring in a 20-13 win against the Cardinals. Goff, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jahmyr Gibbs connected on a hook-and-ladder touchdown. David Montgomery ran for 105 yards and a touchdown and chewed up the final four minutes of clock.

7. Packers 2-1 (8)

In his first game against his former team, Malik Willis, filling in for the injured Jordan Love for the second straight game, threw for a touchdown and ran for another to lead the Packers to a 30-14 rout of the Titans. The Packers forced three turnovers, including a pick-six by Jaire Alexander, and had eight sacks for the first time in 20 seasons.

8. Texans 2-1 (2)

Stroud threw two interceptions and took four sacks in the blowout loss. The Texans are 0-6 all-time against the Vikings. Joe Mixon’s absence was definitely felt, even with Cam Akers scoring a touchdown in his first start for the Texans. Stefon Diggs’ long-delayed first return to Minnesota, where he was drafted, resulted in a quiet 10 catches.

9. Jets 2-1 (9)

The tables have turned in the once-lopsided Jets-Patriots rivalry. Aaron Rodgers was in total control as he threw for 281 yards with touchdown passes to Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard in a 24-3 victory that was Rodgers’ first from start-to-finish in front of the Jets’ home crowd. Will McDonald had two sacks and the Jets snapped a six-game losing streak on Thursdays.

10. Seahawks 3-0 (14)

Zach Charbonnet rushed for two touchdowns, D.K. Metcalf turned a bomb into a 71-yard touchdown catch and that was all the offense needed to beat the quarterback-troubled Dolphins, 24-3. The defense allowed just 205 yards and sacked Skylar Thompson five times before Thompson — already filling in for Tua Tagovailoa — was also removed. The Seahawks are 3-0 for the first time since 2020.

11. Buccaneers 2-1 (5)

12. 49ers 1-2 (4)

13. Ravens 1-2 (15)

14. Chargers 2-1 (11)

15. Saints 2-1 (13)

16. Falcons 1-2 (16)

17. Cowboys 1-2 (17)

18. Commanders 2-1 (28)

19. Cardinals 1-2 (22)

20. Rams 1-2 (24)

21. Colts 1-2 (27)

22. Broncos 1-2 (29)

23. Dolphins 1-2 (18)

24. Bears 1-2 (21)

25. Patriots 1-2 (25)

26. Browns 1-2 (19)

27. Bengals 0-3 (20)

28. Giants 1-2 (31)

Trailing by a touchdown only 11 seconds into the game, the Giants averted disaster with touchdown drives of 81 yards and 93 yards in the first half in a 21-15 comeback victory against the Browns. Daniel Jones threw two touchdown passes to Malik Nabers, and the defense recorded eight sacks, including a strip-sack to force a turnover by Brian Burns.

29. Panthers 1-2 (32)

30. Raiders 1-2 (23)

31. Jaguars 0-3 (26)

32. Titans 0-3 (30)
