The Buffalo Bills are getting a long overdue playoff rematch today.
At 1 p.m., Josh Allen and co. will attempt to avenge their 10-3 January 2018 Wild Card round loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars at Everbank Stadium.
Heading into this contest, Trevor Lawrence’s 13-4 Jags have rattled off an impressive eight consecutive wins. And, while they have the streak and home-field advantage, Buffalo’s postseason experience cannot be understated.
Sean McDermott’s steady club has advanced in eight of the past nine years — save for Josh Allen’s 6-10 rookie campaign in 2018 — and has gotten to the AFC Championship game twice in that span.
“I’ve been here, we’ve been here…it brings some level of…seasoning,” McDermott said in a press conference.
