Ruiz Foods Opens On-site Health Center for Denison, Texas Team Members

Ruiz Foods Health Center operated by CareATC offers convenient, on-site primary health care to Denison team members

DENISON, Texas (December 6, 2023) – Ruiz Food Products, Inc., the largest frozen Mexican food manufacturer in the United States, today announced the opening of a new, on-site health center for insured team members and their covered family members at the company’s Denison, Texas plant, replacing an existing off-site facility. Ruiz Foods also opened a similar on-site clinic at the Florence, South Carolina plant in early November and has plans for another on-site clinic at the Dinuba, California location in early 2024.

The Ruiz Foods Health Center operated by CareATC will provide insured team members and their covered family members with access to primary care, including lab tests and chronic health services at no additional cost. The health center will be staffed by a physician, physician’s assistant, nurse practitioner and two medical assistants.
