The personal chef Stefon Diggs allegedly choked and attacked is speaking out.

Mila Adams, in a statement to TMZ, denied making any false accusations shortly after the Patriots wide receiver pleaded not guilty to the charges in court on Friday.

“As a survivor of domestic violence, I take these matters extremely serious and would never make false claims for personal gain or to damage someone’s reputation,” the statement read.

Adams also said she never asked for a settlement from Diggs.

“I have never sought money nor engaged in settlement discussions to settle this matter; statements suggesting otherwise are harmful and untrue,” she stated.

“My focus is on healing, my work, and moving forward with integrity. I trust the legal process to address the facts, and I hope anyone following this matter will do the same.”

Diggs, who changed lawyers a day before his hearing, released a statement through his attorney, Mitchell Schuster, denying the accusations on Friday.

“He is completely innocent of these false allegations that have been alleged against him. We’re confident that after the facts and evidence reviewed in this case, he will be completely exonerated,” Schuster said.

The charges stem from an incident in December in which Adams allegedly confronted Diggs at his home about missed payments, accusing him of not compensating her for her work.

The chef alleged that Diggs slapped her across the face and tried to choke her by putting “the crook of his elbow around her neck.”

Diggs is set for a pretrial hearing April 1.

Adams’ charges are just the latest legal troubles for the veteran pass catcher.

In November, Diggs was accused of sexual battery by an influencer.

Days before the Patriots’ Super Bowl loss, Diggs was sued for defamation in Florida.

Diggs is also rumored to be having some relationship troubles, with chatter flying about him and girlfriend Cardi B having a recent falling out.
