Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (June 4, 2024) – Unilever has announced the appointment of Matt Gregory to the role of Chief Customer Officer, Customer Business Development U.S., effective June 17, 2024.
In his new role, Gregory will lead the sales of Unilever USA’s $9 billion U.S. brand portfolio through the cultivation of critical strategic customer partnerships.
“Matt is a seasoned executive with more than 28 years of leadership experience in the consumer products industry,” said Herrish Patel, President of Unilever USA. “He has an outstanding track record in driving growth, value, and innovation, combined with exceptional execution and channel expertise. Gregory has a proven track record for achieving exceptional growth and surpassing targets in challenging conditions. Previously, he led the Health & Beauty business for Clorox and was President of Burt’s Bees. Gregory also served as General Manager for the Kingsford Charcoal business and previously led the company’s Walmart U.S. business.
